Welcome to the Rural Science Teacher website, where I share activity links for teachers who don't have a lot of curriculum support from their districts. I have spent years refining and developing these course outlines, and they are still a work in progress. I built these courses to be mostly NGSS aligned. Where possible, I link to activities that can be accessed for free on the internet. Sometimes, only concepts are presented and you can fill in with materials you chose for teaching that concept. If I have linked to a Google Doc, it is one I own and I ask that you please make a copy rather than request access. Occasionally, I will link to some of my own classroom-tested materials that can be purchased from my TeachersPayTeachers store, or from some other very high quality stores.
